Nine Years But Who Is Counting?

I opened the doors in nine years ago in a small hamlet in upstate New York.  Now living in the Adirondack Mountains, I am still in love with fiber and color.   I am still a hand dyer, knitter, rug hooker and spinner.  After flirting with felting I have added its variable qualities to my repertoire.

What has changed? My inspiration! I love finding a new muse to translate into hand dyed yarns and fibers.  Most recently I have been fascinated with totem poles and the distressed colors that evolve as they age and are repainted.

Here are a few new sock yarns that are in the totem family.
